I became a therapist because I was tired of watching high-achievers burn out quietly behind fake smiles and color-coded calendars. I’ve been the one overthinking every decision, saying yes while screaming no inside, and pretending “I’m fine” when I wasn’t.

Now, I help people unlearn those patterns - without shame.

My approach blends real-life strategy with deep emotional work. You won’t get vague affirmations or “just think positive” here, just honest support, big insight, and practical tools for actual change. Whether we’re talking anxiety, perfectionism, or boundaries, you get to show up fully, mess and all.

THE FACTS

  • People think I’m an extrovert because I work with people for a living but I’m actually super introverted. I love connection, but I’m also really intentional about where my energy goes.

    Quiet time is how I recharge, reset, and stay grounded so I can keep showing up fully: for my clients, my family, and myself.

  • The high-achievers who look like they’ve got it all together but are quietly unraveling inside.

    The ones who carry the mental load, overthink every text, and can’t remember the last time they rested without guilt.

    They’re smart, capable, and exhausted from trying to hold it all together. 

  • Tahiti or Bora Bora. I want to stay in one of those overwater bungalows in the middle of the ocean where it’s quiet, peaceful, and absolutely nothing is urgent.

    No to-do lists. No mental load. Just the sound of the water, room service, and maybe a book I won’t finish, but I’ll bring it anyway.

  • Chinese food. Extra crunchy egg roll. Duck sauce in every bite of that egg roll. Non-negotiable.

  • You’ll usually find me trying out a new coffee shop, spending time with my kids, or sneaking in a quiet moment to myself (rare, but sacred).

    I’m all about simple joys: a good latte, yummy snacks, and quality time with my favorite people.

    Bonus points if the coffee shop has pastries I don’t have to share.

BOUNDARIES

I don’t set boundaries to push people away. I set them so I can stay close to who I really am. For me, it’s about intentional boundaries, ones rooted in clarity, not fear. When boundaries are clear, they make space for honesty, connection, and self-respect.

CLARITY

If it feels like too much, it probably is. Clarity helps me cut the noise, come back to myself, and make decisions from a place that’s grounded, not panicked. It reminds me that slowing down isn’t weakness. It’s where real alignment starts.

SOFTNESS

Softness is my reminder that I’m human, not a machine. I no longer chase hustle just to feel worthy. I choose rest, stillness, and care without apology. Protecting my softness protects my peace. This version of me is rooted, present, and no longer proving.
